I supported portfolio operations for high-net-worth clients, around $750M+ in assets, and spent most of my time automating the tedious parts. I built Python and Excel tooling that took the manual work out of prepping client data and reporting, and automated the segmented outreach so it ran more than twice as fast. I also used the desk's internal C++ software to churn through quarterly and annual reviews, which cut that manual work roughly in half.

Same instinct as the rest of my work: build the guardrails and automate the busywork so people can move faster without breaking things.
